Do you mean discount-merchant lamps? I would contact them directly at 1-800-281-8860 to discuss the problem. They have a very good return policy. It sounds like the lamp was either damaged or hasn’t been calibrate properly.

Put old bulb back in and TVs perfect except a little dimmer which from what I understand needs replacement
