Replaced lamp and picture is not bright?

      Hi Ron,
Where did you buy your lamp? If it’s not an authentic OEM lamp and it’s a knock off counterfeit lamp then it won’t be able to produce enough heat to give the brightness needed. Start off by checking with the company and find out where they manufactured the lamp. If the price was very low and you bought it from one of the large online stores, there is a strong possibility it’s not a genuine lamp. You will need to send it back for a refund and then purchase an OEM lamp. Discount Merchant sells OEM lamps at a good price. Good luck.
      Regards,
      Shelagh
