Our DLP Samsung TV broke almost a year ago and we had a really slow repairman, he replaced the lamp and color wheel and maybe another piece, I’m not sure.  For the day he fixed it, it worked, and then the next day I turn it on and the problem we had before is back.  We fiddle with it a while and then give up, I turn it on one more time and there is this wierd hum that goes up and down.  I run upstairs to show someone and when we get back down we have picture , sound, everything, I haven’t turned it off since.  I’m wondering what I did to make it work, just in case when I turn it off it stays off.  Also I entered the factory code or whatever, ( mute 1 8 2), but I did it when the power was cycling, didn’t think it did anything, anyone know what might be going on?
