The 3 lights on the front are flashing and the owners manual and Samsung Service told me it's the lamp. I have replaced it but still have the lights flashing. Now I'm being told it might be the ballast....how can I replace the ballast without getting a service tech....I simply cannot afford it. Is there a do it yourself video or anything you can recommend? We have lost picture and sound. The on/off light comes on and stays on till we cut the tv off but no picture or sound. Could this be just the bulb gone out or something else?
