I think someone needs to proof-read the removal and replacement proceedure above. The screw for the bulb isn't mentioned as necessary to remove the old bulb but magically shows up in the replacement. Also words are missing in various sentences. ow can I have confidence in your instructions if they are in this condition?? If you can't get the words correct how correct is the proceedure??

Hi Liu,
Temp problems are usually from a clogged air filter. Try cleaning the air filter. If it's very degraded you may need to replace the filter. Once the filter is cleaned there will be more air circulating and cooling the projector. Are you hearing the cooling fan go on? That may be another problem if the fan has burnt out.

Shelagh

As soon as I replaced my bulb, the projector shut down with the 'Temp' light showing a solid red color while the 'Lamp' light showed a solid green color. After searching online for what that means, I found that it indicates a problem with the fans or fan sensors. The projector has worked absolutely wonderfully right up until the point that I changed the bulb. How do I correct this?
