But if you want some technical help and someone to guide you through getting your TV repaired try contacting Discount Merchant at 800 281 8860. They can help you get the replacement parts. Call Mitsubishi as well and pressure them to fix your tv. Good luck and so sorry you are having this hassle.

And have had nothing but problems with it. Within the First Week of buying it a repair man came out and had to replace the paperboard and due to this they advised my warranty would be extended 5years as this was a known issie with this tv.now that i am.having issues with my tv they are now saying i only had a 2 year warranty which expired. I need someone to call me asap. Tv purchased 11.2012
