Where is the extra lamp located? Is it in the projector?

    • avatar Shelagh McNally says:

      Hi Jeffrey,
This model only has one projector in its core and when that is done you must replace it or the projectors won’t turn on. Let us know if you need more help.

Can you not just replace the bulb instead of replacing the whole lamp?

    • avatar Shelagh McNally says:

      Hi Michael,
It depends on the model and brand. Epson is not as easy to replace just the bulb. We have training videos showing you how. Let me check with our forum moderator to see if we have a how-to video for this model to replace just the lamp.
      Cheers,
      Shelagh
