Need filters for projector. Where can I buy some

    • avatar Shelagh McNally says:

      Hi Diana,
Contact the manufacturer of your projector and they will either sell them onsite or direct you to companies selling your particular model.
      Cheers,

I just received the replacement bulb for this projector and installed, but the projector still shows the red lamp indicator. I checked all lamp connections and reinstalled but it still won’t power on. When I plug into the wall, the red LAMP indicator lights up and when I try to power on, the red LAMP light blinks once. I do believe this is a generic bulb but could it be a different issue?

    • avatar Shelagh McNally says:

      HI JDG,
Did you reset the lamp timer? That is the final step to replacing your projector lamp. Until you reset it back to zero the projector will think the lamp is still dead. If you have reset the lamp timer and the projector is still rejecting it then it may very well be the generic bulb. I would contact the seller and ask for a refund if that is the case.
      Regards,
      Shelagh

Also, the projector doesn’t seem to want to even try to power on because of the lamp issue. No fans or any startup sounds

    • avatar Shelagh McNally says:

      Hi JDG,
Check the lamp timer first. If that has been reset to zero then the issue is with the generic lamp. Sometimes they are just no calibrated properly to work with the projector. Sorry for the hassle you are having.
      Regards,
      Shelagh

    • avatar Shelagh McNally says:

      Bonjour Mounir,
