I changed only the lamp. Putting a new lamp in the old housing and it works fine but I don’t know how and need to zero the time lamps were used. Anybody know how to do that? When I put a whole new housing with new bulbs – going over the above procedure, the hours start from zero and the projector warnings go away. My quiestion is how do I zero these warnings when I put new bulbs into the old housing?

      Hi Alon,
It’s the same procedure whether you replace the whole lamp or only the bulb. Turn off the projector, take the old lamp out, put the new lamp in and turn the projector back on. You have to reset the lamp timer so the projector knows a new lamp has been installed. To do this:
Press the Power button so that a picture is projected onto the screen
Press the Menu button to display the “Main Menu”, and then press the F or G button to select “Option”
Press the Enter button to display the “Option” menu, and then press the 5 or 6 button to select “Lamp Runtime”
Press and hold the Enter button for approximately 3 seconds
The “Lamp Runtime” will change to “Time Reset [Power Off]”
Turn off the power and disconnect the power cord
I’ve updated the instructions to show this step so it’s there for future reference. Hope this helps out.
      Cheers,
      Shelagh
