No flickering on any of the colors during testing. I'll pay close attention to what input is on when flickering happens (I think it happens on all inputs, but I'll make sure). Installed new ballast last Thursday - intermittent flickering problem still persists. Any ideas what else to look at or should I take it out back and shoot it?

Thanks for the opinion - makes me feel a little better. Encompass had it for $73 with shipping and it's arriving tomorrow - will post results of the install soon...

Quick Update - the flashing "lamp" light/not turning on/works when removed and reintroduced to ac power seems to happen almost every morning now - once I get it going, it works most of the day. I'm still guessing ballast unless anyone has a better guess.....
