Hmm. The lamp has not ever been replaced - I assumed it couldn't be the lamp since the unit did not completely shut off and take time to cool down, but maybe the lamp is the shut off problem. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks, grayfox. That saves me from unnecessarily replacing the analog board if the solution is as you describe ... Will post update when I replace. Samsung DLP - HDMI input works, but not other AV
Recently acquired a 50' Samsung DLP (HLR5067wax/xaa) which distorts inputs other than HDMI (AV1, 2, 3, etc.). I have attached a picture below. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, as I would rather be certain what the problem is before I spend $$$ on costly parts in vain. Thanks.
