Ok this is where I am now! I went into the tv and got the color wheel out and got the bearings to start moving freely by themselves! That means I don't have the squealing sound anymore! No squealing sound and the lamp does not light up anymore! The color wheel will spin and the lamp will not come on...

I know I am getting a lot of ideas right now but how can you tell if the color wheel is bad or if it is the light engine that's bad?

Yes I do have a Osram bulb and I will return it! And if the Ballast can be repaired, how to I go about checking the fuses. I would assume the same way I check the fuses or caps on the Power Supply. I have people at work that will solder for me and they also can check the caps if necessary.

I have 5 blinking lights and then a solid light and then 5 more blinking lights and then it stays solid. I will like over the power supply board tonight when I get home and I think I will get a new Ballast.
