If your tv turns on, gets a picture and then turns off after a minute , less or more then I may have your answer. On top of the metal housing which your plastic bulb assembly slides into is a temp sensor. It has a blue and white wire that plugs into it. You can easily see the wire and plug above the...

I fixed my hls 6187 dlp in three days. A lot of web research and here is what i came up with. It could be the temp sensor going bad. This sensor sits on top of the metal housing which the bulb assembly slides into.
