Darn!! I was hoping you found the problem. Your the only other one I have come across with the same exact model and problem. I was prepared to put in a "$400 Light Engine" but thought I would start with a Ballast first. Not sure what to do either. The typical "over the phone" dia...

Iwantrevenge, did you ever find what was causing your problem? I have the exact same model and problem. Was just getting ready to buy a ballast board and saw your listing.
