Exactly...now I have a 46 inch paperweight. I wish it was just a ballast!
Thanks for the reply, even if it didn't help!

Re: Samsung DLP Help!
Wow...(insert sarcasm)These forums used to be a wealth of information. Now, I can't get ONE reply or idea after 48 hours?
If I just had to replace the lamp, I'd have 30 replies!

HLR4667 screen goes "blank" or freezes...
I have a Samsung HLR4667WAX. Bought it in August 2006. The Color Wheel was replaced under warranty in January 2008. I replaced the projector lamp (3rd one) in August 2011. It has always worked great, until a few days ago. The TV will turn on, and the picture is great...after 2 or 3 minutes, the scre...

Re: SAMSUNG DLP Turns Off
I have the same problem. It's more of an annoyance, than anything. I have asked the same question, but it looks like it may take a while to get an answer...most questions have "views" and no replies.
I guess these boards aren't as popular as they used to be.

Re: Resetting the Samsung DLP Lamp Counter/Hour Meter
NightKid, I posted another topic concerning my set (HLR 4667, I think, I'm at work, and don't have the model number written down) turning off by itself. When I replaced the lamp about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago, I don't think I reset the lamp counter. Could that be making it turn off by itself? It turns o...

TV turns off by itself
I have a Samsung DLP TV HLR4666WX (I think, I'm at work, and don't have the exact model number), and it is turning off by itself. It will do this intermittently. If I leave it off for a few minutes (usually less than 5 minutes), It will turn back on, an works fine. It might stay on for hours...maybe...
