This TV has a significant issue with the picture. It has green and pinkish colored lines across the picture and similar colored highlights around objects in picture.HLP5063W and the color wheel has been replaced and this has not corrected the issue. any ideas?

it very well could be the color wheel, but the ballast fires up the lamp I think what I've read on this site is power supply, ballast, lamp picture something like that, in that order.
