Robbie, The issue is most likely either the lamp or the ballast. In rare cases, the issue can also be the power supply or colorwheel. The part number BP47-00037A will usually not be on the ballast, you will most likely see 9137 008 20605 (The Philips part number) followed by EUC 132d P/41... I haven't seen any count...
