So I recently purchased a color wheel for my Samsung 6163WX 60", part number BP96-00674A. I installed it correctly and when I turned on the TV everything sounded amazing. No whining or buzzing, but the big problem is that the color is really off. No lines or distortion, but the color is almost backwards. When its suppose to be red, its blue and so on.
I really love this TV and would appreciate some help. I called the discount-merchant tech support and they were anything but supportive! Please help me figure this out!
Serious Color Problems and no one can help!!!!
