HLP5063W distorted picture
Hello, I have a Samsung DLP model HLP5063W with a distorted picture on both the left and right side of the screen. It's similar to the effect you would get on the edges of a magnifying glass while looking in the center. Any advice would be most appreciated.

Hello murz.
It sounds like you have a problem with the light engine. It could either be a collapsed light tunnel or a problem with the lens. To be sure try to bring up the TV menu, try different out put signals. If the problem still persists, then it’s very probable it’s the light engine. Before you buy any parts clean the inside of your TV so you can discard overheating.
