new white spots after dusting with compressed air

I recently opened the back of my samsung dlp to see if it was dusty inside. I think I made a mistake by dusting it with compressed air. Soon after I turned on my TV I noticed about 20 white spots flickering on my TV, they are each about the size of a pixel. They have been there for about 3 weeks and are NOT getting any worse. I think I may have gotten some dust on the micromirrors. Can anyone tell me how I can clean this off? Or if maybe this is not the problem. Thanks!
