progming remote to dvd and cable box

ok i got a remote # is bp59-00048 its a samsung remote and i am looking to see how u program it and for codes i been looking all over the internet for it cant find it i have a scintic atlanta cable box and a sony dvd player were do i get this info to program this remote anybody have this remote with the codes and stuff would be great

To be honest if the tv's manual doesn't have a section on that you may have to call the manufacturer.
