Samsung HL72A650 72' TV not turn

Please help,

I guys i have samsung HL72A650 wont turn on at all after replace lamp and ballast. Tv is only 2year old and still have 3 blinkin lamp came on...I was first order the lamp frm advanced lamp on one of the website. when i received the lamp i have install them and still not working. Then i have one of the local technician came out to see what wrong. He has checked and said it my ballast but i have order new ballast and the tv still have problem.....he told me that my color wheel is working but tv still not fire....i am not sure what i need to do next...i have contacted the samsung they unable to help me on this..cause my warrenty expired...can someone help me ....

tell me is the ballast new or used? that has a lot to do with it because if you have a new lamp a used ballast or even refurbished may not be able to calibrate itself to supply power to a new lamp.
