Samsung 5087 color wheel

Hi everyone, I have a Samsung 5087 DLP Star Trek tv, I've replaced the Ballast, new lamp and DMD board however the color wheel shudders forward and backwards for 3 cycles then the tv shuts off, the temp, fan light come on for a sec and go off but the lamp light stays on. The tv is great when it works but just about ready to give up. Any help would be appreciated.

Auto shut off can be a sign that the blue safety switch is either not triggered off correctly, or the switch is bad (less likely) Did you put the back cover on correctly????
