Samsung HLP5063WX bulb

The colorwheel on my Samsung HLP5063WX exploded and the tv went to black and white. I ordered a new colorwheel and replaced it but the tv still wont turn it. The button flashes Standby and lamp. I even tried hooking up the old color wheel but I still get the flashing light. I was thinking that maybe the colorwheel damaged the bulb? I attached a picture can you tell if its bad from looking at it?

Also if te ballast isn't the problem you can reset the lamp timer to make sure. Also do a hard re-set. turn tv off, unplug it and hit the power button manually for about 10. secs. After that go ahead and turn it on.

Keep the ballast board in mind if after doing this lamp doesn't light up
