Samsung hrl5667 wax xaa
Problems started a week ago. When I turned the TV on it would take a while to come on. After a few minutes the picture would freeze and then the TV would turn itself off. Then a couple seconds later turn itself back on. It will continue to do this. While it is doing this the TV will not respond to the remote or the manual on/off button. I would then unplug it and wait a few and plug it back in. When I do this it turns on by itself again and generally be ok the rest of the evening. Now tonight I tried to watch a movie with the DVD player. When I turned it to AVI 1 which the DVD player is hooked to it had a green and purple screen. Switch it back to HDMI and it has a perfect picture. So I tried AVI 2 and the same green and purple checkered screen appeared. Please help me with this problem.
