HL-R4667W green checkerboard, wont turn on

Hello,

Ive been scouring the internet about my dlp problem and i think the problem is the digital board but i want to run it by the forum first.

About 6 months ago i started getting a green checkerboard pattern on all analog inputs. The only input that worked fine was the hdmi so i didnt sweat it.

Then the tv started not turning on some days. I would unplug the tv and a few hours or a day later it would turn on.

Now when i plug the tv in the lamp automatically kicks on, but i dont get a pic on the screen or the startup sound. I get the green lamp light flashing and then an eventual red standby indication.

Ive left it unplugged for 24 hours and its still not working so i think its finally gone kaput. I was thinking of getting a new digital board from discount merchant but im seeing that the boards are not new or refurbished, they are salvaged. Now im considering getting my board reflowed by jdelectonics.

I would also appreciate it if someone could guide me to the service manual for this tv.
