HLR6167WAX Random purple horizontal

Ok i have replaced my Digital board last year about this time with a factory sealed one.
been working awesome. Now I am experiencing a bar of purple that doesn't necessarily block the screen
rather only surrounds colors and only occurs infrequently. Is this a bad color wheel or ballast? It cant be
the DMD i replaced that with a new one. Any ideas?
EDIT: more info. It looks like tight 1inch and only occurs in the colored areas of the screen
and it is currenlty on component
