Service Mode Not Working...

Hello. I have a HLT5675SX XAA which I love and has given me plenty of viewing pleasure for over 3 years. :D With the exception of the white dot problem which Samsung recognized and took care of, I've been pretty lucky. My lamp recently took a turn for the worst. Not having my TV working was pretty devastating. Luckily, I just replaced my lamp this morning. Everything is up and running. However, I'm unable to enter the service mode using both the Mute+1+8+2 or Menu+1+8+2 code to reset my lamp timer. When I entered the key sequence, I did it pretty quickly, pressing one button after the other. I've been researching my TV like crazy these last few days and am happy I found this site. Please tell me what to do. Any help/assistance will be infinitely appreciated...

Just in case your doing it wrong have a look at my guide:

As you can se there is more to it than just pushing Mute+1+8+2.
