Ballast 3 pin to 5 pin conversion help

I am trying to replace a ballast that has a 3pin connector with a ballast that has a 5pin connector. I have read about others doing this but I have not seen where to get the cable or a pinout so I can do it myself. I am replacing a AA47-00008A ballast with a BP47-00017A ballast in my HLN-507WX-XAA. Does anybody out there know where I can get one or a pinout so I can modify it myself?
