Samsung HL61A750 Yellowish color,now no picture

My father has this tv and the past couple months the beautiful picture turned to a greenish,yellowish color. But now we turned it on and the front green LED indicator blinks a couple times, and no picture. At one time we heard the audio, but now nothing. I opened back panel and the board to the right that is mounted vertically has four capacitors that have swollen tops. I work on some electronics in my job, so I have a Fluke meter, so if any body can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Ok, i have replaced the swollen capacitors, and hooked up the coax cable from our Time Warner cable to the tv, we power on the unit,L.E.D green indicator light blinks 3 times, then shuts off. We can hear audio from the tv, but still no picture.....Please help.....
