Three flashing lights

I have a Samsung DLP TV Model #HLS2087WX/XAA.
For a while the picture quality began to fade really bad. I tried turning the brightness up but then the picture was worse in a different way.
Now it will not turn on at all and when I turn the power off, there are three lights blinking; the RED - Standby Temp, GREEN - Timer, and GREEN - Lamp.
Can anyone assist with a solution?
