Samsung hlr6167w picture flickering strobing

Hi I have a Samsung dlphlr6167 the picture started to strobe and flicker and then it goes in mode not supported nlack screen then comes back on no noise has fairly new bulb the tv was purch in 05 when I first logged in there was a post with the same issue with a video of the picture exact same thin there is also one on u tube have chaned cable boxes and inputs still same digital board ?
