issue after color wheel install

I have a Samsung DLP and just replaced the color wheel and it sounds much better but now when I turn the TV on I just get this frozen weird screen. Any ideas? Everything worked fine before the color wheel replacement, i just replaced the color wheel because it was getting noisy. THanks
