HLN 5065W Turns off by itself after 10 minutes

I have replaced the bulb, the ballast and the color wheel to no avail. After 10 minutes or so, a loud spinning will occur in the left rear and the tv will shut off. It will cylce 3 times off and on (with no picture) and then the 3 lights on the front will blink. I am out of ideas. any thoughts appreciated. Also I have taped down the blue switch in the back

I have the same TV, similar issue, I posted it a few days ago but for some reason it is not posting. My tv turns on and then a few minutes later shuts off with a blue screen and message that reads check fan 1 2 3 and then plays a chime and shuts off. Checked and all 3 fans are indeed not spinning, highly unlikely all 3 fans died at the same time, thinking something else on the controller board, not sure though.
