18 month old set has trouble turning on. Has been taking a long time then comes on w/audio but multi-colored vertical lines. Cycle power and it takes a long time but comes back on with audio and good video.
Have seen some discussion pages where in the problem is described as several capacitors on the power supply board.
Does my described problem sound like a faulty power supply board problem?
If so, what is the part number for the power supply boad for the subject TV?

A power supply problem wont give you vertical lines on the screen.
ammm...for what i can say....it looks like the problem that you are having is with the DMD Board.
