Tv is a few years old now and on the left side about 1 inch all the way down is a lighter shade than the rest of the picture.....its like it needs to be adjusted or something. I do not know where the book is anymore and was wondering if anyone knew what to do or what the issue was.

does it look like..a "fuzzy"/ blur line? or is it more like a well shaped vertical line?
If it looks fuzzy then the problem is with the light engine system, most probably on the part where the projector goes.
If its a well shaped and sharp vertical line, then is the DMD board.
