Samsung HLM507W ONLY works after unpluging it

Three blinking lights of death (hehe, like the Microsoft XBOX). What's going on with my set? If I unplug it and plug it back in the TV turns on fine.

Scratch that, I just checked it again after writing the last post and now it's not turning on at all! The TV made a screeching noise before too, I think its the light wheel?

I pulled out the lamp and it looks fine, I guess that's ruled out?

HaQKR81, sounds like a color wheel.

But you might have a bad lamp failing at the same time. Here are the part numbers:
BP96-00224C LAMP ASSEMBLY
BP96-00250A COLOR WHEEL

The BP96-00224C was replaced with part number BP96-00224J by Samsung, so either one you can find should work.

Just in case you want to replace all the possible bad components, your ballast part number is: BP47-00008A
