Hi,

 Can you describe this a little bit more?
"14. notice that when bulb trys to ingnite that I see blue on ballist also."

It happens when you hear the clicks?
How does it look like?
How long it last?

yes happens when you hear the clicks which are not close together. happens for about 4 to 5 seconds. its like seeing a blue flame of a lighter. in the bulb and by the inverter. their is only one blinking light on front of tv the far right one

:o There is a really good chance that you received a defective ballast.
The click you hear is a precharge of 5Kv that is released in order to ignite the bulb, this normally last just a fraction of second, it shouldnt last 4-5 seconds. Just ask for a exchange of the ballast and explain what is going on, I am quite sure any tech will agree that this is a ballast issue.

 Good Luck....!!

 I really doubt that temp sensor is the issue. Since the symptoms you have are very isolated from temp sensor. The ballast shouldn't be arching the way you are describing it.

there is a compasitor or resiter that is by the number f100 on the ballist board that is lighting up blue when the blub trys to light up.

That can only mean that you need to change the ballast, that lightning isn't normal.
