sound and picture for 30 sec.

I turn on the set and I have sound then picture comes on after 10 sec. loose sound then 10 sec. later set shuts off

Sounds like it might be the lamp. I'd buy the whole lamp unit from DM. They have a warranty on their stuff, so if it goes out in the first 6 months, you get get a replacement if the lamp is defective.

Eddie , I did change the lamp and still have the same problem
