Rca hd61lpw42- HELP!!!!!!!

i have a rca dlp, model # hd61lpw42. when i bought it, i was informed all i needed was a color wheel. i replace the color wheel, but the tv still doesnt work. when i plug it up it try to come on, the color wheel spends for a few seconds and stop. nothing esle comes on, after 2 or 3 minutes it starts the process again. neither fans or bulb come on. i have no picture or sounds. the front indicater blinks green several times. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
