You’ll have to buy a new one, there is no way around it, if you try to tape it or fix it with super glue it wont work, since the color wheel spins very fast (5,600 rmp aprox).
Search for it by part number, usually it start with a BP.

Harry,
What do you mean by you were fixing your light tunnel? If the mirrors are not exactly aligned properly then you will have color issues!

Here is what I recommend for you:
http://www.discount-merchant.com/Search ... W42+Engine

Buy one of those light engines.. It comes with the Optical Block (which has the light tunnel) + DMD Board + Color Wheel .

This will surely fix your problem.

Furthermore, your digital board on these TV's has a ServoMotor Controller chip which goes bad. This controller chip controls the color wheels RPM.

Good luck!

What is the exact model for that color wheel part? Where did you buy it? Sometimes people sell a placement part instead of the OEM part. That has its failings too with compatibility. I generally steer people away from non-OEM, or no-name brand manufacturers. Got a picture of what your TV is doing?
