WD-57833 Dark spots

I have a WD-57833 and recently I have noticed small dark spots in the picture. I have checked the picture with input from both cable box and DVD player and the spots are always there. I replaced the lamp in March, but there were no problems back then.
Has anyone experienced this? Could there be dust/dirt on the lamp or the mirrors? Can I vacuum it out or clean it somehow?
