52525 Lamp issues?

So I've replaced the stock Osram lamp with a Philips lamp. I initially got a blue screen, then blue green dancing across the screen. I could hear the TV show, but no picture. I was able to get the menu on the screen but very grainy and bouncy. Now the TV starts to power up then shut down while displaying a red signal on the lamp indicator. Any ideas folks? I've done reset and even removed the lamp housing (per Mitsu) and reinstalled it.

I replaced the OSRAM lamp with the OSRAM lamp for the same model Mitsubishi TV, and my problem is exactly the same as described by marky87. Appreciate a response with advice

I'm having the same issues. I recently bought a new lamp but now it won't even show the blue screen with the greenish blotch. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
