Hi, I'm Jake. I've recently (Mon) replaced the lamp in my Panasonic PT-50DL54J. When I turned on the TV all I got was snow, but sound from the receiver was normal and I tried the usual obvious things like making sure the receiver was in the correct mode for TV reception, the TV was on channel 3. I tried playing a DVD and again normal sound but still a snowy picture. I'm thinking because there is light (snow) on the screen the lamp is outputing light--is that true? Help me get the thing working again. I'm dying without my TV.
