PT-50LC14 Issues

Hi all,
I have the model listed in the subject and had a burnt blue polarizer. I replaced the parts based off a lot of research that I did on this, but now seem to have a different issue.
It appears that I have lost all blue coloring since the picture is yellowish and anything that should be white isn't. I noticed that one of the clips on the LCD control board that would lock down the ribbon cables going to the lens is partly broken and may not be holding the respective cable in place properly.
My logic is telling me that if I were to replace the control board that this should fix my problem. Does anyone have any other experience and/or thoughts on this?
