Picture Problems with the 72HM195 Toshiba

When we turn on the TV it makes a bit of noise and the picture is color weird. Colors of red blurs and other color blurs but after it is on for a couple minutes it has cleared itself up. Today can't get rid of the red blurs. Any help is appreciated.

This issues are related with DMD board or the Color Wheel.
This 2 parts are the only Electro-Mechanical parts meaning that this are the only ones that have mechanical movement.
Color Wheel is spinning about 5,000 RPM's and DMD is selecting the color needed at the proper time.
For that reason this 2 parts can get bad at any time.
I will definitely try the color wheel first since is cheaper and easier installation, if situation persist you will need to change the DMD Board.
