Toshiba 52Hm94 digital board

Can some one tell me witch of these part numbers is a digital board Pd1972 or pd1940a the tech said I have a bad digital board and the part was no longer available I have no picture or sound.

I think this is it but 0 in stock. also keep an eye on ebay.
