I have a Samsung HLN5065WX...I have replaced the lamp in the past and reset the timer...this problem is new. The Screen freezes with a solid black and white image...yet we still have audio. When we attempt to shut the set down the green lamp light flashes and it will not shut off. After pulling the plug, we can get it working upon restart, but after several minutes...same symptom...freezes with black and white image...has audio.

Any Ideas? Is this a Color Wheel Issue or is there something else I should consider?
