I've learned some things on this site and am very grateful for it. Now I have removed speaker grill cleaned off lenses, I've replaced bulb, and it did really help.

This is a used TV and I have a red and blue hue on one side of the TV plus some brown lines throughout it looks like I need to remove the screen in order to get behind it and clean it which not sure you can really do that. So what do you think I can do?

Hello,

Typically any color distortion would be the cause of the colowheel, since it is a consumable part (sold all over online) it depends on how old and how much use the TV has seen. Also depending from the last time the lamp was changed and if it is an OEM original Philips bulb. if the one installed is defective or not shinning right on the colorwheel.. that can also cause that hue color distortion..

How long have you had it and when was the last time the lamp was changed?

Are there any sounds coming from your TV such as a screeching or whinging noise?

No it's not making any sounds, this is my forth bulb in three yrs as I got it used, and the year purchased by first owner was 2006. Oh and the last bulb I got was just this month. And I don't think that this bulls I'd OEM.
