Problems with Samsung HLR6167WAX/XAA shutting off.

Postby wdunn19 » Wed Oct 13, 2010 12:00 am

I have a Samsung HLR6167WAX/XAA @62" DLP Projector TV that keeps shutting down with the timer and light lights flashing with the standby/temp light flashing dimly. When I turn the TV off the standby/temp light remains dimly lit. I have replaced the bulb within the last 6 months. Has anyone else seen this problem in the past?
Thanks for any help or suggestions that you might have.

If you do get a image on screen and TV just shuts off by itself, you might need to reset the lamp timer:
